Snodgrass Law is experienced in all aspects of appellate practice, including obtaining initial review, conducting appellate motion practice, and briefing and arguing the appeal. In doing so, we draw from years of experience practicing before courts at every level of the state and federal court system. We have successfully briefed and argued both complex class and non-class cases and, as a result, have been asked by colleagues to assist in the appellate process for their clients as well. Additionally, we have written briefs and appeared as amicus curiae (friend of the court) on behalf of professional organizations.
