T. Joe Snodgrass
Joe has represented plaintiffs in class actions since 2000. After decades of experience working in a large firm, Joe started Snodgrass Law LLC to exclusively represent policyholders and consumers in class action litigation. He and his prior cases have been featured in the national media, such as the New York Times, USA Today and CNN.

Kelly A. Lelo
In February 2022, Kelly joined Joe Snodgrass in forming Snodgrass Law LLC, where she continues her practice of representing individuals and businesses in complex litigation and class actions in state and federal courts throughout the country, including in the areas of insurance coverage, employment, consumer protection, and products liability litigation. Kelly is experienced in all aspects of pre-trial and appellate practice at both the state and federal levels. In addition to her work as an advocate, Kelly has counseled and assisted special masters appointed by various trial courts to resolve significant discovery, e-discovery, and other pre-trial disputes in complex and high-profile consumer and business litigation.

Monica R. Detert
In January 2023, Monica joined Snodgrass Law LLC, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and class actions. Monica has experience working on a variety of matters that involve insurance coverage, consumer fraud and unfair practices claims, products liability, and employment law. In addition to her work as a civil litigator, Monica has significant experience assisting in mediations and arbitrations, as well as working with court-appointed special masters in resolving discovery and other pretrial disputes in contentious and high-profile litigation.

Barb Friesen
Barb is an experienced legal assistant with over 20 years in civil and criminal law. Her expertise is primarily in managing complex litigation and multidistrict litigation for class and collective actions in state, federal and appellate courts. A graduate of Hamline University, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in legal studies and a four-year paralegal certificate. Barb has worked with the Snodgrass Law attorneys for over 15 years and has been with Snodgrass Law since its inception.
